Built as two homes under one roof for a total of 2,000 sq. ft. provides a great multi-family vacation destination. Each home boasts 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a/c, hot water, and all appliances including washer and dryer.  Both homes are fully furnished down to the linens and silverware. Front and rear balconies offer views of the lively rain forest, mountain range and private pool.  We have 24/7 security and maintenance service in this cozy gated community.

This is a nature lovers paradise featuring; toucans, scarlet macaws, blue morph butterflies, white faced, spider, and howler monkeys just to name a few of our regular visitors. It is ¾ of a mile to 2 of Costa Rica’s most beautiful “Blue Flag Beaches” Playa Blanca and Playa Manta.

The climate in this region is warm and humid with an average temperature of 80F (26C). There are two seasons in Costa Rica a Dry and a Wet season. The dry season is from mid November through April.  The wet season is from May to mid November.  During the wet season it is generally sunny in the morning followed by afternoon showers.

We are 5 miles to Los Suenos Marina and Marriott Resort; offering world class fishing, dining and any necessary medical needs.  Only 10 miles to the famous town of Jaco; known for its surfing, dining, shopping, and nightlife.  Just 1hr 30 minutes to the international airport.
